Order Cancellations:
You have a 1-hour window to cancel your order after it has been placed. As our products are freshly manufactured, cancellations beyond this timeframe are not possible. Once the order has been registered in our warehouse, it can no longer be stopped.
If you no longer wish to receive the product, we offer the following options:

Return the product

Once we receive your message, a member of our support team will advise you on the next steps. -
Partial refund
You may keep the product and receive a 20% refund (once the product has been delivered), without needing to return it.
Please provide a photo as proof.
Please note that, by law, we are required to ensure that every customer receives the product they ordered. Therefore, we cannot take further action until the product has been delivered.
Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the product is received at our facility, we will issue a 100% refund immediately.
Change of Address:
If you need to update your delivery address, please email us your order number, current delivery address, and new address.
Address changes can only be made within the 1-hour cancellation window. After this time, modifications are no longer possible as the order will already be in processing.
1-Year Warranty:
All orders include a one-year warranty. To request a refund or replacement under the warranty, please provide detailed information and supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos) demonstrating the issue. Our team will review your claim promptly.
Note: If you have specific concerns regarding color, material, or size, we recommend contacting us prior to purchase.
Lost Parcels:
In the event of a lost package, we will send a replacement to ensure your order arrives. If you prefer a refund instead, we require a waiting period of 18 days, to allow for potential late delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Rest assured that you will receive a fully functional product. Replacement items follow the standard delivery timeframe of 8–18 business days.
Change of Mind:
If you no longer want or need the product, you are covered by our 1-year warranty, ensuring a risk-free purchase. Whether the product is faulty, damaged, or you simply change your mind, contact us to arrange a return.
